What Is SIPEDAM-KEM?
A fully integrated digital funding platform for ORMAWA and UKM — from initial submission to LPJ reporting, all in one system.
Funding Submission Flow
Monitor every stage of ORMAWA/UKM funding submission in real-time.
Students register using their @telkomuniversity.ac.id campus email. Personal data, KTM, and account purpose will be verified by admin.
Once your account is approved, you can log in using your email/NIM and password to access the dashboard.

Upload the proposal file (PDF/DOCX), KTM scan of the account holder, and Mandiri bank book or Livin Mandiri capture. Make sure documents are clear and legible.
After the proposal is reviewed, admin sets a presentation schedule. Students receive a notification with date, time, and meeting link (if online).
Students present their proposal to the admin. The admin will provide an evaluation and mark the presentation as complete.
After the presentation, students submit the hard copy proposal to SSC 2nd Floor TUS. Admin will verify the hard copy completeness.
If there are revisions, students receive website, email, and WhatsApp notifications. Students pick up the marked hard copy, make corrections, and resubmit.
Admin gives final approval, uploads approval attachments/transfer proof. Students receive notifications and can view disbursement details.
Admin uploads the transfer proof to the system. Students can view the amount, transfer date, and confirm fund receipt from the dashboard.
After the activity is complete, students submit LPJ (accountability report) complete with LPJ file, documentation link, and expense evidence.
